a)This series presses are applied to punch and shallow drawing for large steel plates, also be equipped with multi-function dies or other transfer dies for processing complex parts and components.
b)Whole steel welded frame, high rigidity and less deformation, ensuring the capacity for bearing heavy load;
c)Cast structure and six-side long rectangle guides, ensuring high moving precision and high accuracy;
d)The crankshaft is arranged longitudinally, and the driving gears are submerged in the oil, as a result, the press machine has low noise and long service life;
e)The machine adopts pneumatic balance cylinders to balance the weight of slide and upper die, to ensure the press moving stably;
f)Hydraulic overload protection device (made in Taiwan) is equipped, offering convenient maintenance and high sensitivity in effectively protecting against overload;
g)The machine adopts automatic grease lubrication system to ensure lubricating with timing and rations;
h)The adjustment for die-setting height is motorized and a digital indicator for die-setting height is equipped;
